To the point that it is non productive time spent on client's dime/meeting contractual obligations.I did see a couple of weeks ago a Hotfix 1 was issued. Unfortunately it too had the same outcome - the constant crashing of the application. Are there similar experience with the non 'LT' versions from Autodesk?Any suggestions from technical staff or other dedicated individuals?W. Thanks John,In my search for answers and reviewing outcomes of suggested steps to resolve the 'crashing' issues I 'was' experiencing, I found myself updating the OS to the latest version.
I did install the 'Hotfix 1' prior to upgrading to Sierra but it did not resolve the issue. Conclusion - simply upgrade your OS if you are planning to use the application = it works (+8 hours and no crashes)I would do a little homework and confirm that your current applications will function as intended with the update. Often too many users follow direction without specific consideration to their own needs.regards,WTA.
